customer relations specialist
Your facility will have a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist. This is a member of our external pharmacy support team who will act as your concierge within the pharmacy. You will be visited on a regular basis to ensure we are exceeding your expectations in every way possible. If problems do arise, your Customer Relations Specialist will be there to set things right.
We are never closed. A Turenne PharMedCo on-call pharmacist is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, with access to your STATPack system as well as backup pharmacy delivery available so your residents will never have to go without a needed medication.
Having accurate and timely delivery is as important to us as it is to you. Our professional drivers will personally deliver to your facility and check off the manifest with the nurse(s) on duty. We are one of the only providers still offering this level of service.
